    Still loving your recipes. One thing you might stress: pan measurements need to be what you give. My 5×9 pan measured that from the outer edge of the lip; the bread “rose” over the rim and down to the oven floor. When I bought a pan that measured correctly inside, the recipe was a great success. Same with my 8×8 pans for the lemon bars; the crust felt too thick. The proper size pan fit loosely around the one I had first used, the bars were indeed delicious! Us amateurs need to be fully guided. And thank you . . .
